Here's quick review about assorted cookies that I tried from Azucar Bake Shop recently.

After tried them all, I will share my opinion toward these cookies one by one..
Crisp Grassy Kyoto Matcha Cookies
Product: Green tea Sable
Ingredients: Flour, Almond meal, butter, salt, sugar, green tea powder, egg.
How it tastes? As I expected, I thought I'd love this cookies and it happens. It's so delish, yummy and the matcha taste comes out once I bite it ^.^
Wangi dan rasanya matcha banget. Yummy!
Nutty chuncky choco almond sable
Product: Choco Almond
Ingredients: Flour, Almond, Butter, Salt, Sugar, Chocolate, Cocoa Powder
How it tastes? No doubt. Its chocolate taste blends well with the almond pieces. Simply yummy and addictive :D Coklatnya kerasa banget. Paling favorit!
7 spices smoked shichimi cookies
Product: Shichimi cookies
Ingredients: Flour, Almond meal, butter, salt, sugar, shichimi, cream, cheese
How it taste? Little bit too spicy for my liking, but some of my friends love this one because its unique taste :) Rasa rempah-rempahnya cukup kuat, agak pedas menurutku. Tapi beberapa teman-temanku suka, dan menurut mereka rasanya unik
Full bodied fragrant roasted black sesame sable
Product: Black Sesame
Ingredients: Flour, almond, butter, salt, sugar, black sesame, egg yolk
How it taste? It's crunchy and quite fragrant. Rasanya gak bikin eneg.
Sweet Salty Caramel Milk Tea Biscuit:
Product: Caramel Milk Tea
Ingredients: Flour, Almond meal, butter, salt, sugar, skim milk, tea leaf, milk
How it taste? Nice combination of salt and sweet, ideal for tea time companion. Rasanya asin manisnya pas dan bikin nagih
Slighly spicy otona pepper cheese
Product: Pepper Cheese
Ingredients: Flour, almond, butter, salt, cream sugar, parmesan, blackpepper
How it tastes? This cookies taste unique, and the pepper flavor is quite strong. This cookies are unfortunately not so my favorite. Probably because I prefer sweet cookies rather than spicy cookies :s
Kombinasi pepper dan cheesenya menurutku rasanya agak aneh hehe, mungkin karena aku ga biasa aja kali ya :p
Of course, because I prefer sweet cookies (not overpower though), my 2 TOP FAVORITES are Almond Chocolate and Matcha Cookies ^_^
